Compliance support

Start with a documented scope, not a vague pickup

Your organisation decides its information-governance, procurement and record-keeping requirements. LCR uses those requirements to agree the equipment scope, collection controls, data-bearing assets and evidence before handover.

  • Named contacts and agreed chain of custody
  • Data-bearing assets identified before processing
  • Erasure or disposal evidence requested in advance
  • Asset quantities, serials and outcomes recorded where agreed
  • Reuse and recycling routes described without unsupported claims

Collection workflow

A clear route from equipment list to responsible outcome

The commercial route is designed to reduce risk, document the collection and prioritise reuse where practical.

  1. 01

    Submit device list

Share quantities, locations, deadlines and whether you need data erasure certificates or asset reporting.

  2. 02

    Confirm collection

We review the request, confirm the collection route and identify any site access or handling requirements.

  3. 03

    Collect and log assets

Equipment is collected, grouped and recorded so your organisation has a clear handling trail.

  4. 04

    Erase, reuse or recycle

Data-bearing equipment is sanitised. Reusable kit is prepared for community impact; the rest is recycled responsibly.
