Refurbishment workflow

A clear process from collection to community use

This workflow helps donated equipment move through a safe, auditable and reuse-first process.

  1. 01

    Intake and logging

Donated equipment is recorded, inspected and grouped by condition and reuse potential.

  2. 02

    Data sanitisation

Storage is wiped or removed before any device is prepared for another user.

  3. 03

    Repair and testing

Hardware is cleaned, checked, repaired where practical and tested for everyday use.

  4. 04

    Reuse or recycle

Working devices support communities. Unusable equipment is handled through responsible recycling routes.
